Jim Dunnigan.jpg

Jim is the President of Dunnigan Insurance, an independent insurance agency with over 40 years of experience specializing in health insurance and employee benefits. Jim received his BS in Business Management from the University of Utah. He is a member of the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals and serves on the Board of Directors for Regence Blue Cross & Blue Shield. Jim is a past member of the Selecthealth board. He spends his summers as the Chairman for Taylorsville Dayzz, the city's annual festival, and finds satisfaction in serving his community. He has served for 22 years in the Utah House of Representatives and is currently the Speaker Pro Tem.

Account Coordinator

Alexus is our account coordinator and assists with enrollments, life changes, claim issues, etc. With a background of 7 years of customer service experience, she enjoys helping people solve issues. Her Background as a CNA demonstrates her commitment to providing care and assistance to clients and ensuring their peace of mind. She is working towards completing her degree in Strategic Communications at the University of Utah. In her free time, she loves to be outdoors, diving into a good book, and exploring new music genres.

John has 40 plus years of serving clients in the insurance industry. He has been active in industry affairs, having served as President of the Utah chapter of Chartered Life Underwriters. He is especially devoted to client service and has followed the motto: “look for problems to solve, not customers to sell.” He is a graduate of Brigham Young University and is the father of six children. His wife of 47 years passed away from a 13 year battle with breast cancer so he understands, on a very personal level, the importance of good health insurance coverage.

Account Coordinator

Hannah focuses on service and enrollment issues as an account manager. She has seven years of customer care experience and works hard to help our clients resolve any issues they may have. She has a strong operations background with a Bachelor of Science focused on Strategic Communications and a Bachelor of Arts focused on Gender Studies, with a Minor in Disabilities Studies from the University of Utah. Hannah is an animal lover who loves learning about the world around her and travels every chance she gets.

Account Manager

Crystal is our senior account manager and is an important point of contact for day to day inquires and service issues. She has 15 years of experience in servicing customers and has applied her knowledge towards ensuring that clients receive the best possible support & solutions. She is in contact with insurance carriers every single day & is a problem solver. Any issue that may arise regarding employee ID cards, enrollments, claims, etc, will receive prompt attention and will be completed in a timely manner. She is a happy and bubbly individual who creates an enjoyable environment for all those she comes across. As a foodie, she loves to explore new eateries along side her husband.

Office Manager

Vicki has over 30 years of experience in managing the operations of our firm. With a secretarial certification, she oversees day to day responsibilities of the office and manages the office staff. Vicki enjoys baking & finds joy in harvesting fresh fruit and vegetables from her garden.
